    if you overstay a VWP do you have to file any other form to gain entry into the country apart from the normal ones to be reunited with your spouse, i have checked ins site and couldnt get any info, can someone please help with the right info as i dont want to be seperated any longer than i have to cos i didnt file 'yet another form'to gain entry

    Do you mean that you overstayed and then left?
    So you are in your country trying to come back? Your spouse filled the paperwork to get you into the US?
    If that's the case, you can enter the US on a K3 visa until they decide the outcome of your petition.

    can u explain the K-3 coz i read all the info and cant make it out. the 129f give u k-3 status but i dont understand how u arrive at K-3 status, plus someone told my husband i will need to file another form cos i overstayed

    I don't know about filing something else because you overstayed though.
