    i have a question.. how big is the possibility
    that the ins knows i am still in the US? i overstayed my waiver visa in 2001. would they call or write a letter for a deportation? i am getting married in april and i am a kinda worried..
    please help

    Glad for you about you marriage

    I dont think INS is worried about you right now... can you imagine how many people would be in deportation procedures if INS knew all that?

    What kind of visa did u use?

    Im overstayed also, AOS... B visa... im here since dec, 2000 and got married 4 months ago.


    YOU ARE FRESH MEET... for your fiance !!!
    Dont worry but you guys better get informed about forms, lawyers and all that... is better be safe than sorry...

    FRESH MEAT - it means I guess the person has overstayed for only a very short period of time...there are persons in the U.S. who have been illegally 5-10 years, even more.
