Thread: AGED OUT OF STATUS BUT FELL INLOVE AND GOT MARRIED TO USC

    hey guys i need some advice here,i came into the states on a v2 visa but became 21, so i was automatically converted to be under the appropriate category(f2b). but while i was here i fell inlove and got married to a usc. now my question is will i v problems with ins or can i use the basis of my marriage to apply for a green card coz i still v a year be4 my I-94 expires, i ll appreciate any advice

    You will have not problem. If your wife is USC, then you can submit sponsorship and AOS papers together.
