    we need more information so we can help you...
    there are some waivers for hardship but what
    is yr story first..why is your husband being
    deported ?? How old are your kids ??
    i AM fighting somthing like that right now...

    Husband is being deported for a aggravated felony.
    Kids are 18 13 6. all USC. The crime is voluntery manslaugter. The IJ denied us any hardship.

    Sorry to hear your story.There is not much to expect from INS as regards to your husband's deportation as INS never consider emotional hardship as "real" hardship.

    Why is INS so hard on people with usc family and spouse's of a aggravated felon?

    Because it is an aggrevated felony...a crime, and they want ex-cons and cons out.

    Yes, let's all work hard to allow convicted killers to remain in the United States...what a great idea. Who wants this $hithead as a neighbor?---please raise your hand???!!!!
    Did anybody ask the relatives of the "deceased" victim about this? What do you think the answer might be? (take a wild guess)
