Thread: I751 APPROVAL LESS THAN PROCESSING DATE

  1. #1
Does anybody know off I751 being approved in a time frame less than the current processing dates? I am not talking about one of the websites that were mentioned in another thread which people got approved in a month or two. I am talking about being approved in 6,7..8,9 months.
Currently mine is at 14 months and counting.

    Omar1010,

Why do you distinguish between those that take 1-2 months and those that take 6-9 months? TSC is currently taking 11 months.

I posted the following last month regarding some recent I-751s that were sent to TSC.

    Jan/03 - approved in Nov/03 (10 months)
Feb/03 - letter for interview received in Aug/03 (6 months)
    3/2/03 - nothing heard (over 9 months)
    3/4/03 - nothing heard (over 9 months)
    3/12/03 - approved 11/10/03 (8 months)
    3/26/03 - approved 5/2/03!!! (1.5 months)
    4/16/03 - nothing heard (over 8 months)
    5/3/03 - nothing heard (over 7 months)
late May - nothing heard (over 7 months)

Is it correct that if you see your I-751 taking longer than the posted dates it means it has been sent to local office for interview?

FILED I-751 in feb 2003 at NSC, got a one year extension and have not heard from them again.

If anyone has filed in NSC, please share your experience/thoughts.
