  • I-94

My I-94 is stamped with expiration date of November 15, 2004 when I entered last year.

I've a new H1B Visa now, with the VISA( approved petition) expiring on June 30, 2004,thats end of my six year h1-b.

The new I-94 is not stamped yet.

I assume that I'll be legally allowed to stay in this country till November 15, 2004, but not work after June 30, 2004, even though I haven't filed for GC or a 7th year extension. Is this right and would it cause any problems in near future?
