I was out of status when I was 18-26 . Now I have GC for 12 yrs and wanting to apply for citizenship. I did not know about the registry requirement back then. I am now 43. Does BCIS accept the explanation of I did not know about the requirements if I write it on the N400 application. Do I have any chances? Thanks.
