  • Any experience Postponing AOS interview?

Our AOS interview is in 5 days and my wife has to go back to her country because her grand mother died yesterday.

Did anybody try to reschedule an AOS interview in Las Vegas, Nevada?

If yes, did they allow it, how many months did you have to wait to get a new interview?

They should accept it, write them a certified letter and if no news at the time of interview go to the INS in person.

No experience with Las Vegas office, maybe someone else does??

        Hi,

I had a Aos interview yesterday in san jose.we were so tensed.I and my husband went to INS office an hour early and a nice lady officer interviewd us.She asked us qusetions like how we met and what we do, how often we meet.where do we live and stuff like that.We dont have any criminal records (not even a Driving ticket). So everything went so well.We couldnt get the stamp on the passport coz of tax filing for year 2003.The officer gave us a number to fax the taxes and asked us to get the stamp on passport as soon as we are done with the taxes (ofcourse after faxing them).she told us we dont have to wait for some notification.
she is a very very sweet and nice lady.(may god bless her).
