Biographic Information G-325A Page 1, 2, 3, or 4?

I am filing the Petition for my relative. I am required to file one form G-325A and one for my relative.

The G-325A is a quadruplicate form. Which ones should me file?
Page 1, 2, 3, or 4?

My spouse required one.... and I picked page #1.
The INS officer accepted it so I guess it was ok.

FYI: The actual G-325A that is printed by the Government Printing Office comes in quadriplicate form - the top page is white, then there's a pink copy, blue copy, and another white copy all separated by carbon paper. The reason for the multiple copies is theoretically, INS forwards the different copies to different law enforcement agencies for review. But heck, if you go to INS and they only give you a one page white copy, I guess they're assuming the responsibility of making/forwarding the multiple copies... G'luck!
