I won the visa lottery for year 2003. Kentucky proccessing center has released my visa number. Also I opted to adjust my status in the U.S. (Los Angeles). I have filed my adjustment status, and it's been 3 months that I have not received any correspondence from the INS. Can someone tell me how long it takes to hear from the INS because the deadline to adjust my status is Sept. of this year.

Soon you will receive your EAD and letter for taking Fingerprints. Once your case is processed then you need not worry. You have filed your AOS in time.
