To Bushmaster from Kyon

I went to see one of Immigration lawyer today and he told me my case was just a terrible big mistake BCIS make.
So, he told me to just go ahead and file I-485!!
since I did the right thing (write a letter and send Judge's termination order to Deportation Officer,etc),this is BCIS problem.
about my bond, he told me I supposed to get it back,he never understand why they breach my bond...well,I'm try to get my bond back since BCIS never follow up my papers
