How long does one have to submit naturalization papers if they were due to file in november? Can you file up to six months before your eligibility month?

      Hi Tmaggs,

You can file 90 days before your eligibility. Good luck!

if you filed at the 6months would they return yr application or process it since it falls in the eligibility year? Or would they take yr fees?

I think you need to abide by the law and file at the 90 day mark. Not sure if they would take your money and then make you refile, but it wouldn't surprise me. USCIS is filled with flaws.

You can only file once you are eligible, not before.
