  • What does it mean C/O in an Asylum Form?

Hi I am filling my asylum form(I-589)and at question #7 It's say:

    Residence in the U.S.
    C/O

Is there anyone who might know what does C/O means. I have no idea what to write in that box. Thank you

It means "Care OF". So if you are living with some of your relative and mail arrives in his/her name, then you would provide to the INS their address which now you are using for correspondence with INS.
