        POE = Port of entry
        HHW = location
        Class is probably Immigrant 1 (LPR)

          Do you have any idea what HHW stands for?
          I know its the port of entry, but where?
          Its not my green card it's my grandmother's and she died a while ago. I am just trying to find out where she entered the country.

            US Immigration uses different 3 letter codes (similar to how airines check your baggage when you fly) to show which airport, seaport, or boarder inspection station you arrived at. The 3 letter city codes used by airlines and immigration ARE NOT one in the same.

            HHW sounds like Honolulu Hawaii. If curiosity really has the better of you...call one of the boarder patrol or airport immigration offices. They should be able to tell you no problem.

              POE= Port of entry
              IR1 = Immediate relative of USC.
              HHW = short form of Honolulu HI district counsel office.
              Its a discussion, not a legal advise..
