      I know i need waiver i-192 to visit to USA and probabley i-630 waiver if i seek immigration. But for Canadian citizen who wants to just work with TN visa, still need i-630 or something else?

          6 C is a lifetime bar, but you can get a waiver. But the waiver is very difficult to get.

              Five and ten year bars are just for those who are illegal. 6C is for those who also commit fraud. Almost all cases of illegal immigration do include some fraud. 6C is actually a default removal or exclusion charge.

                6C is an ineligibility that is permanent...a 5 year exclusion may have been given during expeditious removal (along with your lies)...enjoy Canada.
