  • Personal Protection Order to Cause Complications During ROC

    Good day all ~

I'm a USC and have been married to my husband since 2016. We have our ups and downs in the relationship, sometimes it seems impossible but we continue to try and work on the marriage. Recently, we had a confrontation that resulted in each party being physically marked and myself granted a personal protection order. My husband moved out of the house during this time, but we have decided to try marriage counseling and he moved back into the home, which I own. He has had his conditional green card for about 10 months and next year we will apply to remove those conditions. My question is, will we be denied ROC b/c of this event in our lives? I realize we have to list this information on the I-751, #20 at the time we submit the application. Any advice is welcomed.

Actually, I don't have any idea about these rules. You had better consult a lawyer for help. He can clear all your doubts and will be able to give all the information about these acts and its after-effects. Get More Info Thank you.
