OK...Friend has been in US for 3 years. Tourist Visa and I-94 expired but stayed in US and worked. She recently married a USC. Is there a pardon for having stayed and having worked if she marries in a USC and applies for adjustment? Will she be deported for admiting to it? Please help...

She cannot lie to the INS ,or on the application, she needs to tell the truhs ,
If her husband is a citizen, yes she can say that and she will be OK.

It was not his fault, Nick, you should understand that ... just because others are FRIGHTENED to go ahead it's not his fault ... you know it full well ... they have to sort their feelings out instead of trying to project their guilt and shame on her
