what is the situation of your I-130. did it approved by Service? or still waiting.
I guess you applied I-130 and I-485 concurrently.

            To Vrao:

You were legally married in June 2002, that is marriage which counts. I hope you have a joint Bank Account which you had referred. Soon you should recieve letter for fingerprints and AOS interview. In case you did not receive AOS interview before expiry of your EAD then you should apply for renewal of your EAD 45 days prior to its expiration date.
            Good luck.

You are fine. If you applied for EAD you should be able to get it. your application is just delayed because of back log.
you can put an enquiry to find out about your I-130 if you want.
I-485 will be on hold till the I-130 will be approved but there is no restriction on I-765( EAD) if you filed before 90 days.

                      Hi Guys,
Well it is May 7th 2003 and I am back from Miami. Flying for the first time after 9/11 was really making me nervous and I am so happy that everything was fine (I mean security, flight, baggage etc). Thanks to all you guys out there for your support and help in letting me know what documents I had to carry and to take it easy. Well I am getting ready for Hawaii now and I hope that would be fine too. Keep up the good work guys and GOD BLESS US ALL.
