This person is a permanent resident since 1990, he has (3) records, in 1988 in Los Angeles for DUI & 1993 for inflnce of alchl - he did his probation for a period of 3 years, all completed. In 2000 he was coming out of a grocery store with his cousins with liquor, as he was entering the car a Police officer asked to step out of the car he did they took the beer out of the car and disposed of it. He spent 1 night in jail and was released. He has never had a drink since. He is married since 2002 and his wife who entered with a visa - her son came also with a B-2 visa, they now have 3 other children together. Can he apply for her to become a permanent resident and her son? Thank you for your assistant.
