  • Keep this family together!

My sister is married to a Nepali national, Biswodip. They met in Saudi Arabia where they were both working at the time. They have a baby boy together who is now 8 months old and are very happily married. Biswo did not meet his son Rohan until he was 14 weeks old. My sister wanted to come home to have her baby and was hoping that Biswo would be able to accompany her and be there to see his baby boy come into the world. Unfortunately, Biswo was refused a vistor's visa because somebody at the UK Border Agency in New Delhi "using the law of probability" decided that Biswo may try to remain in the Uk after his visa expired.
Biswo has now been refused a visa 4 times.
We are hoping to approach the Border Agency to get them to reconsider their decision. If you feel you can support this little family and want more information, please click on the link below.
    Thank you

he can blame this on all the other Nepalese folks who 'forgot' to return home as promised....I would not sign anything asking any consular official to change their decision...they have the knowledge and experience to make those decisions...why not support US citizens?

Yes,I agreed that there should be some support to the US citizens. They are responsible for all. What they think will be better for him.

yes this is the fault of those guys that never came back..reputation is all that matters..the choices of one person effects many others.
IN this case they should have allowed him to meet his son..atleast allowing him a tourist visa.
