      1) Download I-601 form from USCIS.GOV site.
      2) Make a cashiers check in the amount of $5000 payable to USCIS
      3) Send the check and I-601 (filled out one, not the blank) to the attention - Directorate, USCIS
      1600 Pennsylvania Ave
      NW Washington, DC 20500
      4) Write an affidavit certified by a notary and confess to all the crimes you have committed any where in the world be it moral, criminal, etc. This will not only allow you to redeem your self in the eyes of God but will also show your sincerity and USCIS will approve I-601. They approved mine.

Hope this helps. Glad to be at your assistance.

Welcome to the forum, Mariposa. I'm sorry your first response had to be from somebody who's providing deliberately incorrect and ridiculous advice for his own amusement, but that's the way it gets around here.

I would suggest that you try having a look over at VisaJourney. You'll be able to find a lot more personalized stories there.

        Good luck!

Read the form, follow the directions. Can it be any easier? Oh, and by the way, if you submit it to the AMEMB San Salvador, they will turn you over to the former members of the Treasury Police. Nice jackboots.
