    pls help me..
    my sister is a us citizen nw..and i am 25 years old...she has filed a i130 form for me.if after 3 years i get married,can my sister add my wifes name to i130 form....and can my wife and children accompany me to usa when visa is approved to me..?

    As the sibling of a USC, you would be family-based fourth preference, the minimum wait time for a visa is 10 years (it is a minimum of 12 years currently) but depending on what country you are from, it could be as long as 25 years (or more). It is partly due to this fact that at the time your priority date (I-130 filing date) becomes current on the Visa Bulletin and you file for an actual immigrant visa that YOU are allowed to include any current spouse and unmarried children under 21 years old at that time. YOU will add them during the actual visa application process in the future. NOTHING needs to be done until then. Your sister will have to file an I-864 for you and your dependents in the future.

      can one person file two I 130 petitoons.?

      if my sister(us citizen) has already filed a i 130 petiton for me as F4 priority...if i got married to a us citizen spouse after 2 years can she file a new i130 petition as IR1...is there any problem of my sister filing based on F4.can i cancel my sisters petiton..and make new petition of my spouse?
