      Signatures on petitions can't change the circumstances out of which policies affecting one arise, only Time can do that.
      People who beleive to the contrary are deceiving themselves.

        I'd agree with that. Like I said, it can't harm to try it.

        I guess once the backlog figures reach the million+ mark, US Gov *might* start to act ;-) I read today that the Gov suddenly found extra people to help clear the passport backlog issue. Nothing to do with the fact these are USCs who can vote by chance? ;-)
