  • Question about I-751 form

I am in the process of filling out my I-751 and I have a question I would like to get some help with...

Part 5 asks for Information about your children. My son (from an earlier marriage) already has his non-conditional (Permanent) Green Card. Should I still enter his information (and A#) on this form or is that area designed for putting down names of children of the marriage under review or for children you want to put on the same petition.

    Anyone have an opinion?

if the child is from your present wife you have to include him in your I-751 otherwise no.
