      So you're neither from Mexico nor the Philippines. Is June 10, 2002 also your I-130 priority date appearing on your approval notice? This means that you have to wait until your priority and the visa bulletin first preference dates to be the same (or current) before you could continue with your immigration benefit processing, either via adjustment of status on US soil or consular processing thru NVC. It all depends where you are by then and on your continuing eligibility for the category.

        You have to wait until they are processing your date, check the processing dates which is NOV 1st at the moment - if it continues at the rate it's been going then your date should be about 8 months away.
