  • Need advice for visa stamping in Mexico

I came in US on F1 visa. completed studies. Got job and H1B visa. Never left US since I came and the visa stamp on my passport has been expired long time back. Now I get a new offer in a new company. The new job requires me to travel between US and Mexico.

    1. Can someone clarify if the US consulate in Juarez or Tijuana opens for visa stamp ?

    2. Can i do visa stamping while i am doing H-1B transfer from company A to B ?

    3. Is that better to get visa stamping while i am in company A or in company B ?

    4. If US consulate in Juarez or Tijuana denies my visa stamp, can i come back in US based on H-1B approval, I-94 and paystub ?

    5. What do i need to prepare (paperwork, appointment, etc) for visa stamping processes ?

    Thanks,
