No, b/c in all reality, it doesn't exist.

MSC is the same as the National Benefits Center. Check the processing dates for the National Benefits center on the USCIS website. They are at October 30, 2006 right now.

Is there a way to expediate EAD Application or to get an interim ead, I applied late for renewal and expiry date is near.

to expedite you must show that it can cause you extreme finicial loss and you have to fax proof to the service center along with your receipt notice and a letter describing your situation, you get
