Citizen? Can my mother fill out an I-130 and adjust my status here??? My friend entered with an B-2 visa back in 1998 with back and forth and still kept her visa current, she currently has (2)children, us citizen - never married. As of 2003 her visa expired and has not left, been here since. Her mother just became a citizen. Can she help her?

Correction, My friends mother is a citizen and would like to know if she can help her daughter who is over 30 not married and entered with an B-2 visa? Her mother just became a citizen and her daughter has been here since 1998 with a current B-2 visa, she currently has (2) US children. Thank you for your assistance.

why are we supposed to give a rat's behind about some lowlife visa cheat? This hole in the hedge has NO respect for our laws....she lied to our embassy officials when she scammed her B2 visa, she lied to our border officials when she arrived in the US and she has no doubt been working without permission for many years....and you think this is OK? Your ethics are the same (low) level as immigration attorneys....why is it you think our laws should not apply to everyone? What a dufus....better put some WD 40 on that screen door on your trailer...it squeaks every time you open the door

The I-130 will not be a problem, but her adjustment of status will be, unfortunatlely. However, this link may help your friend's situatin. Based on the information you provided, I am unsure if the daughter was listed on her mother's original petition for adjustment of status.

        Good luck to you.

so, in between the comings and goings your friend conveniently got pregnant, twice, not married, no father, illegal, collecting benefits she's not entitled to...Congratulations on your choice of friends. Why don't you introduce her to the other liar, visa cheat, cockney, towel head Tinkerbell, criminals speak the same language.

Webster's...er, friend sounds like a total LOSER.

It seems to me that she needs birth control more than anything!

on second thought I think that the LOSER should follow Federale86's advice and FILE, FILE, FILE and yes, the LOSER should take birth control starting...RIGHT NOW!!!
