    David E. Gumpert writes the "Growing Concerns" column for
    BusinessWeek.com and the syndicated "You're the Boss" column for
    daily newspapers.He is the author of several books about
    entrepreneurship, including"Burn Your Business Plan! What

      I think you could look at "US-[foreign country] Chamber of Commerce".

      There are number of those, mostly in Washington,DC.
