  • F1 to H1 Question

I have an F1 visa which will expire on 2006. However, this semester, I did not enroll. I found an employer who is willing to sponsor work for me. Is there any chance of being approved or is my being out of school right now affect it? Your inputs will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
