  • Conditional green card and waiting time

I have filed my I751 to remove the condition in California for about 6 months. My reciept date is january 1 st.

I have been married for almost 4 years now and still living with my husband.
Any body here has any experience with removing the condition in California.
How long it takes and if I am going to get an interview .
    Thanks every body

Check this site for processing times:

        https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/js...ter=California

They are currently processing applications with that receipt date, which is about 4 months behind yours.

There's no way to tell if you'll get an interview because they have computers randomly select cases for interviews. But I think about 10 percent of files get interviews.

Sit back and relax. If you are lucky your conditions will be removed this year. If not some in this board have been waiting for 2 years and they still run into the risk of an interview. Couples are picked randomly for the interview process. The more evidence of your bona fide marriage you send the less of a chance. However, chances are still there. There is no way you can tell. There is a lot of information on this board regarding I-751. Do a search.
