  • Deportation

01 - I have asylum case that it was denied by the N.Circuit for lack enought evidence to proof persecution, the INS sent me letter to go there to complete my proceedings removal.
How can I avoid this deportation (change the job, change state ).
02 - How the INS proceed looking for people, Do they go homes, or jobs?
03 - In case the INS catch you, can you have the chance to take care your property and belonging ? Will they hold you in jail before removal?
04 - What it will happen if I hide and stay illegal?
    Thank you

Not showing up when asked by the CIS is the worst thing you can do in your situation. Staying illegal is a bad idea also. With the final deportation order you will not be able to legalize until that order is executed. My advise is to follow the CIS instructions and go to every appointment. Try asking for voluntary departure instead of deportation.

If you have a relative (wife, parent, child over 21) who is a U.S. citizen or a green card holder you can come back legally.

          Peter,

I also lost case at circuit court. I would like to share our info/experiences through email. Would you mind sending me email to max_pittboy@yahoo.com?

          Thanks.
