Hi,
My ex-wife and I got the GC (based on H1B) in 2001 and we just got a divorce back in our country of origin, I am planning to get married again in my country. Regarding the BCIS, what should I do before getting married? any authentification of the divorce papers before getting married? any forms to fill? how long should I wait to get remarried...? please help, I dont want to do something wrong.
