  • 212(h) waiver

Is there any residency requirement under the 212(h) waiver as in the Cancellation of Removal the applicant must have 7 years continuous residency here in the states for LPRs?

Also, can the 212(h) waiver be utilized for two offenses -- single offense of marijuana less than 30 grams and another drug conviction (applying the muliple conviction provision of 212)

Ten years, not 7 and must have been a continuous resident.
