Who is removable?

Detention is no longer restricted to criminals, any non US Citizen who is in the United States and is out of status is now subject to arrest and detention. That includes all CSS/Newman/LULAC denied.

In 2011 the US Government has hired 30,014 new USICE officers, and 72 new privately run detention facilities have been built.
