  • 2012 USICE Handbook - Alien Removal Protocol

Gone are the days when the out of status alien receives an NTA.

    Who is removable?

Detention is no longer restricted to criminals, any non US Citizen who is in the United States and is out of status is now subject to arrest and detention. That includes all CSS/Newman/LULAC denied.

In 2011 the US Government has hired 30,014 new USICE officers, and 72 new privately run detention facilities have been built.

    This is very serious!!!!

What the unique is new about removable aliens being removable, with almost all the steps already in the books for 50 years now?
