  • question about filing petition for my spouse?

I have file I-130 for my spouse. I want to know what are the evidences it will ask me to show so I can prepare ahead of time. For example: Bank statement, own a apartment or house, good credit score etc.? Can somebody brief me on all these. Thanks

All those and others that show your relationship with your wife, from your marriage certificate, birth certificates of all immiediate family (you, wife, children), income records, tax records for the last 5 years or so.

Your credit score is not relevant.

Are you a usc filing for your spouse? If so, why are you just filing I-130?
