  • Anyone else???

    Hi All,
Has anyone else being informed that USCIS will not redo fingerprinting that has expired until a namecheck is complete. If so after redoing fingerprints did they get there greencardl. If recieved greencard what was turn around before approval.
    Thanks all for your responses.

In your first post in another thread, you said you filed your AOS application (it's assumed) on February 2006. But the problem is that you didn't mention upon which your AOS application is based. It's difficult, you see, because family, employment, and other types, have varying adjudication time frames.

C'mon, be more specific. Marriage-based or not?

Hmmn, I think it's already a little bit beyond the normal adjudication time. Check with your local office by Infopass after 45 days from your last biometrics appointment, then after 30 days thereafter, then a couple of weeks after then. If nothing happens, ask the help of your congressman or senator.

I have done all of what you said. I am just wandering if anyone else has experienced the same situation an what was there outcome.

When it comes to immigration there's no uniformity of cases, each case is unique.

Long enough to learn. "How long" is the silliest question when dealing with the USCIS.
