  • My I-130 has moved to NE. what does it mean?

    Hi!
I just read recent report from BCIS.
They say my case of I130 filed in Texas in 2002 has moved to an office in LINCOLN, NE for processing.

    Anybody knows about it?
Does it mean it takes longer in processing the case?

Last year we received notice that our children's I-130 applications had been moved from TSC to Nebraske "to speed processing". In the end it didn't seem to make much difference, because by the time they were approved, TSC was processing the same date. I guess what it does, is take some of the workload away from Texas.
