  • LPR file for over 21

    I was asked the following Questions, will apprectae your info:
    1) Parents arrived as Immigrant in US Jan.1999.
    2) Received Green Card March 1999.
    3) March 15, 1999 File I-130 for two childern over
    21 year.
    4) Received Notice of Action on March 29, 1999.
    5) stating that this type of case will take
    120-375 days.
    6) Now it says that it will take 500-550 days.
    7) Both children are in US, one in status other
    out of status.
    Any suggestion will help the guy, employed by the US Co out side of US.

      I miss to ask if the parents can file CSPA for the above, Both are in US.
