      No wonder California is becoming a teeming cesspool....I'm sure that California residents (all three of them....the rest are likely illegals!!) are thrilled at the prospect of having their tax dollars taken away from their own children and handed over to illegal brats....I think Gov Brown forgot his oath of orifice....I mean, office.
