  • Reference Letters for i-601 and 212(d)(3) Waivers

I am new here. I hope I can get help and also help others.

I have a conviction for possession of 30 grams or less of marijuana.

I will be applying for a d3 waiver soon and an i-601 in the future.

Can you please tell me what should go in the reference letters beside the fact that I am of good moral character and a respectable member of my community.

If you can share the letters from an approved waiver that would be the best. You will be my hero and everyone else's.

    Thank you so much.

yea right.....a druggie has 'good moral character'...who is going to write such a letter? The same priest who provided, er, shall we say, skinflute lessons? Some distant relative or friend? Who cares what they think? These double digit IQ refugees from the trailerpark are not tasked with the responsibilty of determining visa are nothing but a whacked out druggie who thinks they deserve a waiver, but in reality, you would fail a drug test if administered today....maybe Barry Bonds would 'vouch' for his opinion is worth anything....
of course, Mr High As a Kite will start calling me names...but....I have a blue passport, dirtbag...what color is yours? I don't need a visa nor a waiver to enjoy my life in MY country, which I wish to keep free of lowlifes like you....

      Dear Someone12,
Does your blue passport say "A-hole" in the notations part?

does your law degree certificate have the following statement printed on it...
"I have taken and failed the ethics course, thus I am fully qualified to practice immigration law."
