I already told this on numerous posts in past:

In a situation like this, there is a simple, four step course of action:

        1. Get a hammer.

        2. Ask your spouse hold it in his or her hands (make sure they don't wear gloves).

        3. Now you, wearing gloves, get the hammer back, hit your head a few times (not too hard, though, don't kill yourself, just leave heavy bruises!)

        4. Throw the hummer on the ground, run outside and start screaming: "O, Lord, my spouse is killing meeee !!!!!!!!!!!!"

        The rest is routine.
Have all the good s.ex you can, in all the ways you can, for as long as ever you can !

Sorry to hear about your plight. However, writing to USCIS will be a good idea. The facts support your allegation of fraud. USCIS can either revoke her residency or wait for it to expire and deny her claim to a good faith marriage. ICE could, if it wanted, arrest her for immigration fraud (criminal matter) or arrest her and place her in removal proceedings for immigration fraud. They just don't want to. Just write to USCIS about the details and they will place it in her file and when she next encounters USCIS she will be denied any application. You should file a criminal complaint for theft with your local police agency and contact the Social Security Administration Office of Inspector General to file a complaint about the theft of your Social Security card. That is a federal crime. If she uses it for anything, it is another federal crime.
