        Sorry hardrock,

        I personally don't believe you.

I have spoken with Peter on many occasions. He has insisted that he is done with CSS/NEMAN/LULAC.

Don't give false hope to in an attempt to make yourself look like a big shot insider. Unless your the director of the CIS?

Peter Schey just got lucky with the settlement. They won't allow him to get lucky again, because the CIS does not like the settlement or any form of amnesty and neither do the courts or the American people.

I personally believe that the CIS legalized a few people, to make it look good. Now their done.

To all resent I-687 applicants. Never forget that it is near impossible to prevail in these cases if your immigration officer does not want to legalize you. This is not like a marriage to a USC when both parties insist they are in love.

It is much easier to prove a fraudulent marriage, than a legitimate CSS/newman case.

        Keep it REAL

            Hi Hardrock,
I hope wht u posted here is the truth. As I emailed Peter Schey twice regarding this issue, never rec'd any response yet. Would you be kind enough to give us his contact number, so we can call him too. And, also if he told you that he is planning to sue or is in process of doing it. Makes a big difference.
