please if anyone has any updates regarding approval of these cases, share your experience. I have not heard any approval in a very long time. I had my interview in january at baltimore, maryland in january 2006. I received intent to deny in july and i sent more evidence. I was wondering if I go through infopass whether it will be helpful.

Did they asked you to present more evidence?

What evidence did you presented with your applications?

      CSS or Lulac?

            Yeah kind of weird.

My interview was at the Los Angeles office and it shows up in Missouri as well.

Maybe because these cases were part of a court settlement?

No.. All the CSS/LULAC cases sent to the Chicago POBOX were sent to the National Benefits Center at Missouri (Lee Summit) aka Missouri Service Center.. So everything should be there to be processed from begining until the end.

Ditto, interviewed in ATL. I believe all LULAC is handled at Missouri.

                              Hi Msmaria,

                              I'm still waiting as well.
My lawyer contacted the Supervisor of the officer that interviewed me. He had some questions about my case. He said he will continue to work on my case and that he was going to make a decision soon.
How soon? Only he and God knows!
