  • Help friendly Immigration Legal advice !

I will sincerely appreciate any response I receive from the message board to my mail or my contact details.

My name is Elham Iam 18 years old I have worked as assistance for my father's business in patents and registering inventions for over than 5 years now. I work as translator. My father lived and worked in kuwait. We are five family members Iam the youngest.

Eventually, after dealing with patent attorney we managed to register 2 inventions and 1 trademark ,several inventions
in different fields are currently pending and examined at the USPTO (United States Patent and Trademark Office).

My father was given B1/B2 Visa valid for 5 years since issuing, I was given B1/B2 visa as well when we decided to visit the States.

Unfortunately, in our second trip to the United States located in Virginia my dad lack of experience and poor english didnot help him to understand that he should have left the country earlier after I did but he's afraid to come back to kuwait and be barred from the states for years and he doesn't know what to do while he still have more work on his inventions to manufacture, the reason why I left I had to apply for my exams in the British Council center Kuwait. Now he is still in the States but with expirey deadline.

    My questions are:

-How can I fix my father's status as he still in the states and finish the current work he has?
-My father still have more inventions which need more concentration and attention from his behalf, he has a partner to financially support him, he's Kuwaiti citizen married to american lady, could he be any helpful to my father's condition?
-What's the best thing should we do as a family and what type of visa should we consider, since my father wishes to stay and become a lawful permanent residence?

Please advice I am trying to seek for the best consultation overseas, Iam in Kuwait right now and I would be pleased to know if anyone could or shall adapt my father's case and will pay the fees for what it takes to make things right and back on track.

For any further information or details, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will be glad to hear your feedback.
