Did Harry Reid go over the line again?

The majority leader’s been accused of making an insensitive, racist remark when asked to comment on anti-immigrant measures recently put forth by Republicans. “I don’t know how anyone of Hispanic heritage could be Republican,” he replied.

Over the line? No way. All Harry Reid did is speak the truth.

Why would anybody vote for a party that’s waging war against them? And there’s no doubt Republicans have once again declared war on Latinos. They’ve done so every election year, starting in California in 1994 with Proposition 187.
