    if person got LPR through her USC husband, but then afterward wanted to naturalize, but has since divorced, (and already filed petition to lift conditions, both with USC ex-husband and via a self-petition) then is she subject to the 3 year wait or the 5 year wait in terms of naturalization? please give source (CFR, or INA if you have it). thanks!
