    In the event of a corporate restructuring, INA 214(c) provides that an amended H-1B petition is not be required if the new entity succeeds to the interests and obligations of the original petitioning employer. The DOL requires that the new entity maintain information in the H-1B related public access file concerning the assumption of all H-1B obligations of the original petitioning employer. Is it also necessary to send a letter to the USCIS notifying the corporate restructuring and the assumption of all H-1B obligations?
