If am not mistaken, I think you have to be 21 years of age to petition for her, don't count me on this, maybe someone else will come along and help, hope you find answers soon

i spoke to a lawyer yesterday.he said its possible aslong im at 18 of age and im an U.S citizen..

i am really confused...

my gf is from the philippines..i really want her to be with me..im so lost with all this stuff..

can someone give me an advice of this...please

I thought it was fairly easy for people from the Phillippines to come to the U.S. with their assistance in WWWII and all.

To be a sponsor, minimum age is 18 yrs old.

Make sure you read up about the requirements of a Sponsor and your obligations once you sign the affidavits.
If you do not meet the requirements you will need a co-sponsor.
