What preference would a son of a U.S. Citizen who is unmarried and over 21 years old of age fall under?

A prompt response will be greately appreciated.

    Thank you.

The above is simply an opinion. Your mileage may vary. For immigration issues, please consult an immigration attorney.

I have gotten mixed info about whether or not I can apply for my husband so he can get his residency? We've been married for 4 years, he's from Mexico and has been here for 7 or 8 years-and has been doing his taxes. I have'nt a clue on which forms to file and if it is indeed possible.
